Buying a vehicle
You will benefit many advantages when buying a second hand or used vehicle at Kleyn. The stock is one of the largest you can find at a dealer and the prices always sharper!
In addition, we always offer a little bit extra like a good service and the best experience! You can think of a short deliverytime, various workshop services, rapid handling of documents, different options in leasing, paying and more.
You do not have to pay VAT (BTW) if you buy a vehicle that will be shipped outside the EU. You do however pay a VAT (BTW) deposit, which is based on the purchase amount. Customs inform us as soon as the vehicle leaves the EU and you are refunded the deposit you previously paid.
Most of our customers do not have to pay VAT (BTW). You do not have to pay VAT if you are domiciled in an EU member state outside the Netherlands and you have a valid VAT number. Transactions of this nature are intra-community supplies. In the case of Dutch customers, we have to charge 21% VAT (BTW). Business customers can, of course, reclaim the VAT (BTW) paid.

All vehicles offered on the Kleyn Group website are physically present on the ground in Vuren. Business customers have the vehicle at their disposal upon payment of the full amount payable.
The physical transfer/delivery takes place after consultation with the customer. The reasonable period within which delivery takes place depends on what has been agreed with the customer on the manner in which the vehicle should be delivered. The customer can take care of the delivery and pick up the vehicle himself/herself. We can also carry out delivery on behalf of the customer. Then, transportation by road or transshipment shall be arranged (at customer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed).
Step 1: You go to the vehicle you want to reserve and click on the reserve button.
Step 2: You log in your My Kleyn account or fill in your details.
Step 3: You pay the amount and will place the reservation upon successful payment.
By default, the reservation will remain valid one week after placing. During this period, a seller will contact you to discuss the follow-up.
One of our salesperson will contact you. During this contact, you will be tuned how and when you will purchase this vehicle and how you want to pay. There are various possibilities.
When making a reservation, you pay an amount of 100 euros regardless of the price of the vehicle.
Yes, that's possible. However, you will lose the downpayment amount of the reservation. These are costs incurred for administration and reservation of the vehicle.
